Still windy. Still at Jost Van Dyke

Another day. Another 25 kts of wind and 1-3 ft seas with white caps in Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyke. Worse places to be.

Mike started on a project to change the oil Tuesday. The starboard engine start problem returns and didn’t respond to whacks with tools like it had the last time. Arg. Seek professional help. Bonnie at Corsairs suggests Teshawn as the best guy around and makes contact. Teshawn can come later in the week. He requested lots of information and pictures. He is coming by ferry from Tortola so he wants to have everything he might need. He also suggested ordering a new starter to have. All fine and good.

Teshawn and buddy Clay are on the first ferry Thursday morning. Starter is indeed the problem. Connection to the battery was not delivering full power caused damage. Replaced. Service with oil change done on both engines. Guys back at the ferry dock by 11am.

Too late to head out Thursday afternoon. Now weather not looking so great. High winds through weekend and into next week.

So here were are on Saturday. The wind is still howling. Looks lovely let it will finally be like ghter around Wednesday.

Lovely full moon last night. Full moon party at Foxy’s. We didn’t attend but we could hear it from the boat.

Flying Cloud was anchored just outside Great Harbour last evening but she was gone this morning.
