We were there many years ago when Mike’s dad’s company had an interest in Chub Cay. We knew it had fallen on hard times after a number of changes in ownership / management. The location is spectacular for deep ea fishing. It was a shame to hear it hadn’t been kept up. Now, it appears to be making a come back. But you never know… as the saying goes, on the web, nobody knows you’re a dog. It certainly looks great from the web site. From Dave’s description, there has been a lot of work and money put in already, but much more is need to restore it to live up to the web site description.
